I have completed all the mandatory activities to be eligible for exams. But I am not shown in the system as 'exam eligible'. What is the reason for this?

The system would not immediately move you to be exam eligibe. You are moved into exam eligible group only after a few days from the cut off date of 31 Jan and 31 July for May and November exams.

You have completed the mandatory activities when you have

- completed all modules in the Education

- all the IPDPs have been submitted and signed off by your coach.
