Unable to Schedule Appointments for the May 2026 Exam

The exam registration window has now closed. As a result, you may not be able to schedule your exam through the LMS.

Kindly have the following information available when contacting Pearson support:

  • Your Candidate ID - This would be available in the mail from Pearson when you were authorised for exam or
    submit a message through Hesk if you are unable to locate your User ID.
  • Your full name
  • Card details for payment or voucher code
